Home to one of the largest collections of species rhododendrons in the world, the garden displays over 700 of the more than 1,000 species found in the wilds of North America, Europe, and Asia, as well as the tropical regions of southeast Asia and northern Australia. A Garden for all Seasons

Pukeiti Rhododendron Trust (Inc) has a large garden set in the foothills of Mt Egmont, just south of New Plymouth, Taranaki in the North Island of New Zealand. A large collection of rhododendrons, vireya rhododendrons, azaleas and other plants. The website has been recently upgraded and includes some wonderful images of rhododendrons from the gardens.

The American Rhododendron Society website is a comprehensive site with extensive information on matters relating to the genus Rhododendron. Here you will find lists of species & hybrids in a database which is searchable by several criteria. There are about 1000 colour photographs of rhododendrons and azaleas.
